Client management
Save client details once — company name, contact, email, address, currency. Select from saved clients when creating any invoice. Edit, archive, or suspend clients at any time.
Real-time invoice tracking
Live status on every invoice — Draft, Sent, Viewed, Paid, Overdue, Voided. The status updates to Viewed the moment your client opens the invoice link.
Public invoice page
Every invoice has a unique public URL. No login required. Mobile friendly, dark themed, and shows all payment details clearly — bank transfer info, card button, and PayPal.
PDF download
Download any invoice as a clean, print-ready PDF directly from the invoice view. Useful for your own records or for clients who prefer a document attachment.
Bank transfer details
Add your sort code, account number, and bank name once in Settings. They appear automatically on every invoice where bank transfer is selected. No copying, no mistakes.
Void and delete invoices
Void an invoice to cancel it while keeping a record. Delete it entirely when you need a clean slate. Both come with a confirmation step so nothing is lost by accident.
Multi-currency support
Invoice in GBP, USD, or EUR. Set the default currency per client so every invoice goes out in the right currency automatically. Totals and payment links match.
Client suspension
Flag a non-paying client as suspended directly from the Clients page. Add a suspension note, see the badge on their card, and reinstate them instantly when payment is received.

Get paid by card - money straight to your account
Connect your Stripe account once. Every invoice you send can include a Pay Now button. Your client clicks it, enters their card details on a Stripe-hosted page, and the money goes directly into your bank account. PixPay never holds your funds.
Retainer clients billed automatically, every time
Set up a recurring invoice once — choose the client, frequency, day of month, payment due date, and line items. PixPay generates and sends the invoice automatically on schedule. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Edit, pause, or cancel at any time.
Your logo on every invoice. Not ours.
Upload your business logo in Settings. It appears on every invoice you create and on the public invoice page your clients see. On Pro the PixPay branding is removed entirely — your clients only see your brand. Looks professional, builds trust, reinforces your identity at every payment touchpoint.
Automated chasing - without the awkwardness
PixPay sends branded payment reminder emails at four trigger points — three days before the due date, on the due date, three days after, and seven days after. Every reminder looks professional and is sent automatically. You can also send a manual reminder at any time with a pre-loaded reason template or your own message.
What PixPay doesn't do
We are focused. That means some things are intentionally out of scope - and that is a feature, not a flaw.
PixPay is not Xero, QuickBooks, or FreeAgent. It doesn't do P&L reports, tax returns, or bookkeeping. Use it alongside your accountant or accounting software.
PixPay doesn't track your business expenses or receipts. It focuses on what goes out — your invoices — not what comes in as costs.
No tasks, timers, or project boards. PixPay handles billing. Use your favourite project tool and invoice from PixPay when the work is done.
PixPay never holds your funds. All card payments go directly to your connected Stripe account. We never have access to your money at any point.
PixPay is for invoicing your clients, not paying your staff. If you need payroll software there are dedicated tools built specifically for that.
